Terms and Conditions
- Payments must be postmarked within 10 days of invoice date or late payment fee of 2%, with a minimum charge of $5, of amount due should be included with payment.
- Service Agreement for on-going support requires full payment in advance.
- Software and hardware purchases require a 50% payment along with a purchase order. The remaining 50% is due at time of delivery.
- There is a 20% restocking fee on all hardware and unopened software returns.
- Opened software may not be returned.
- There are no refunds on Service Agreements.
- No warranty or guarantee is made or implied pertaining to hardware, software or the network beyond that of the publisher or manufacturer, unless otherwise specified in writing.
